Cultural Heritage is an expression of the ways of living developed by a community and passed on from generation to generation, including customs, practices, places, objects, artistic expressions, and values. It is crucial that the cultural heritage of our nation is passed on, preserved and made known

Uganda is a melting pot of diverse culture and it is upon you and us to preserve the culture of Uganda and make it known to the world. Bringing to the world, attention about the beautiful culture found in Uganda.

Kitara Tales seeks to: make advancements in education, conserve the environment and offer relief of poverty, sickness and distress.

Our mission is to: preserve for future generations, the cultural heritage of Kitaran people, record and disseminate knowledge and promote Kitaran culture and training of volunteers.
